Shipping Policy
At Artful Ellijay we aim to ship your orders as soon as possible. Your order will ship within 10-14 business days from the time you purchase. Some items such as furniture or custom metal art ships by truck and may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive however, it can arrive sooner. In the event that an item you order is backordered we will notify you immediately of that status and when it will be available to ship. We will only ship in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), Mexico, Canada and the UK though there may be additional charges from your courier to ship to these locations.
CARRIERS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the weight and dimensions of your items. There is free shipping on all orders over $100. Our shipping partners are USPS, FEDEX and UPS. All shipping information will be emailed automatically from our system to customers once labels are created and items are packed for shipment.
Return Policy
Artful Ellijay Satisfaction Guarantee
At Artful Ellijay we want you to be happy not just with your purchase, but also with the experience you have with us both online and in-store. For that reason, Artful Ellijay has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please call us at 877-244-7755 or email us at [email protected] within the first 30 days after purchase and we will work with you to replace, refund or exchange your product.
To return items:
To return an item for a complete refund, please contact us at 877-244-7755 or at [email protected] in order to obtain a return code.
Note:
- All returns must be pre-authorized by Artful Ellijay and assigned a return code.
- All returns must be received within 15 days of a return code being generated
- After a return is processed we do our best to refund your credit card with the total purchase price minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are paid to curriers not Artful Ellijay this is why shipping is not reimbursed to you. We do our best to refund your credit card within 48 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 days to credit your card.
- ALL SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ORDERS ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
- If you live in the local area feel free to bring your item to the store and we can process the return in our store.
Please package any returned items in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return.

Return of defective items: If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge. Please note that abuses to the exchange policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Artful Ellijay’s discretion.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of purchase and will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Artful Ellijay requires customers to refuse delivery and note damages (photos required) upon receipt of a damaged goods. If you fail to note damage (take photos) upon receipt you have removed Artful Ellijay and its curriers from liability of the damage.
Unauthorized returns:
An unauthorized return is any return brought to Artful Ellijay without a return code or outside the appropriate time frame for return. If you send an unauthorized return to Artful Ellijay we will return to sender the package and any shipping fees will be charged to you.
